Melt in your mouth brownies, perfect for any occasion!

Cook Time 40 minutes
Total Time 50 minutes

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Butter
  • 1 ½ cup Sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Melt Butter in a sauce pan on the stove. Then in a mixing bowl combine melted butter, sugar and vanilla.
  • Add eggs to your butter mixture (Careful, make sure its not to hot to cook the eggs)
  • Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt to another bowl
  • Slowly add in your flour mixture to your egg mixture until well combined.
  • Grease your pan. Can be 8×8 or 9×13. The smaller the pan the thicker the brownie and may require more bake time.
  • Then spread your brownie mix into your greased pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares.
