Melt in your Mouth Brownies

Brownies
Melt in your mouth brownies, perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients
- ¾ cup Butter
- 1 ½ cup Sugar
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup chocolate chips optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Melt Butter in a sauce pan on the stove. Then in a mixing bowl combine melted butter, sugar and vanilla.
- Add eggs to your butter mixture (Careful, make sure its not to hot to cook the eggs)
- Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt to another bowl
- Slowly add in your flour mixture to your egg mixture until well combined.
- Grease your pan. Can be 8×8 or 9×13. The smaller the pan the thicker the brownie and may require more bake time.
- Then spread your brownie mix into your greased pan.
- Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares.
