Haymakers Punch

1/4 cup RAW apple cider vinegar 1 T. brown sugar

1 T. molasses or maple syrup 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

2 1/2 cups water 1 cup fruit smashed

Mix your syrup and brown sugar in the vinegar and mix well, till the sugar is dissolved.

Add ginger and mix well. Put in smashed fruit and fill rest of a quart size jar with water.

Put in fridge, this is great served with ice on a hot day.
